Empowerment Edge Initiative, brings 3 month Mentorship Series by Olela Tonny. These sessions has been curated for young professionals globally in any field who are passionate about personal and professional development. Everyone will have the opportunity to Network, Bridge, Build, Achieve and Connect. Our aim is to leave every individual empowered & connected!

The 3-month virtual program that seeks to improve access to quality, inclusive, and employability skills and learning opportunities for young people globally by hosting 4 sessions/classes (1 class every week), per month; targeting students, youths and young professionals. For the first phase, the masterclass program will be implemented through the 3-pathway: recognition of prior learning; knowledge, and career build up support.

One of the main goals under the masterclass by Olela Tonny strategic plan, is to upskill the youths globally by increasing access to expert training.

With our special experienced mentors, we hope to create networks and ultimately build a community of passionate young people with a goal to impact humanity.
