Tonny Olela is an experienced youth policy gender and development practitioner . He is optimistic, resilient, visionary, and with an inter cum in entrepreneurship skills. He has over five years of progressive experience in advocacy, programme administration, peer mentorship or training and in public policy. He has passion for Gender advocacy and development, leadership and good governance.

Tonny currently serves as member of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Kenya Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) where he advises the country office on ensuring their programmes include and empower young people. He is a co-founder and outreach coordinator at The Polly Foundation. The Foundation is community based organization in Siaya County in which him as an outreach coordinator engages in community outreaches, environmental cleaning, tree planting and training the communities on sustainable organic farming.
